B•A•D Night | Macross Plus: Movie Edition

Welcome to the dog days of summer. Otakon is over but we still have a big anime title from the 90s this month. BAD is proud to present the 30th anniversary screening of Macross Plus: Movie Edition. The first official (no Macross II doesn't count) sequel to the classic 1982 series, Super Dimension Fortress Macross, this film takes a different track from the classic space opera theme and stays on Earth with a plot that centers on dueling test pilots and virtual idols.
